Welcome to Guys Weekend Golf Apparel (the “Site”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (guysweekendgolfapparel.com), products, and services. By browsing, purchasing, or otherwise interacting with the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

Permitted Use: Use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Do not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any content without our written consent.

3. Orders & Payments

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We may cancel or refuse any order.

Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

Payment: Processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). You authorize charges for your order total.

Currency & Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales tax, duties, or fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping: We ship to addresses in the United States (and select international locations as noted at checkout).

Timing: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays due to carriers, customs, or force majeure are not our liability.

Risk of Loss: Transfers to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

Return Window: 30 days from delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Process: Contact guysweekendgolf@gmail.com for a Return Authorization. Return shipping is at your expense (except for defective items).

Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.

Non-Returnable: Final sale items, customized products, or underwear.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (logos, designs, text, images) is owned by Guys Weekend Golf Apparel or its licensors.

Trademark: “Guys Weekend Golf Apparel” and related marks are protected. No unauthorized use.

User Content: By submitting reviews/photos, you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual license to use them for marketing.

7. Product Disclaimer

Colors & Sizing: Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screens, or manufacturing.

As-Is: Products are sold “as available.” We make no warranties beyond manufacturer specs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guys Weekend Golf Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

No Warranties: The Site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Ada County, Idaho.

11. Dispute Resolution

Arbitration: Any dispute not resolved informally will be settled by binding arbitration in Boise, ID under AAA rules (except for small claims).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, pandemics).
